We went over housekeeping  and we talked about ISTE (International Society for Technology and Educators).  You have to decide on 1-2 technology to try with your class.  You can increase the technology as time pass.  Start small, obtain hard/soft/apps and gather ideas and locate resources:  http://www.edutopia.org/technology-integration and build your own collections.

Edutopia is a cite for teacher.  Technology plannings includes:  What studetns will do, what you will do before/during/ater the lesson (account setup)  blog....etc.  Test on school computer and have a plan B. 

Jigsaw:  groups, home group, expert group and home group. 

We did team based learning which was invented by a medical students

At 11:00 we did smart board training:  Google doc is like word: 
ctrl V to paste
Ctrl A to copy all
Ctrl C is to copy

2:30 we rename sheet 1 to board games rename next one to questions and answers.  We went to page layout (bottom of page) to set margins

Page layout (top of page to set margins.  Margins customs set at .45 to .5
center or page click the box horizontally and vertically (when you print they will be the same on both sides

You should have blue questions, red questions......etc

Magic square (at top of excel) it lets you  change the width of ABC to so many pixels and number on side

Right click on spreadsheet name tab at bottom of page
Move and copy
click copy box
Copy and paste from board game to card backs (car in each box)

Drag across and you wi9ll copy pictures across in the boxes
