Four Rubric Dimensions:  1.  Alignment to the depth of Ms. CCRS.  2.  Key Shifts in the Ms ccrs. 3.  Instructional supports.  4.  Assessment-no multiply choice

Review Process-five steps.  1. Review materials.  2. Apply criteria in dimension 1.  Apply criteria in dimension 2-4.  4.  Apply overall rating and provide summary comments.  5. Compare overall ratings and determine next steps.
